Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Interacts and coordinates with claims and underwriting teams.
  • Generates and verifies predefined business reports utilizing a high level of competency on company systems, tools, and processes.
  • Prepares claims and enrollment data for analysis.
  • Formulates answers to questions, reviews files, records, and other documentation as needed.
  • Conducts preliminary analysis and prepare applicable account data for review by underwriter.
  • Proactively problem solves to meet and exceed client/broker expectations with internal standards.
  • Follows-up with underwriters or others on outstanding items and documentation.
  • Identifies process and system improvement concepts for achieving high results in operations.
  • Participates in special projects, as assigned.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • 1-5 years' experience in a related role
  • Strong data analytics skillset
  • 30 WPM typing speed or greater
  • Ambitious, proactive, team player with the ability to multitask and help others when needed
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Outstanding Excel proficiency
