IT/Operations Liaison

As the IT/Operations team liaison at Health in Tech (HIT), you will be responsible for managing all phases of the onboarding process and maintaining constant communication with the TPA implementation managers and operations team. You will also maintain and report to managers on all proposed new networks and plan designs and monitor all changes to existing networks in the system. You will be expected to adhere to the processes and stipulations put in place at all times and utilize your staff-management skills when pressure builds up to deviate from the process.

Responsibilities

· Keep multiple files organized, manage meeting schedules, and maintain effective email communication

· Review historical activity in our quoting software, and document any past and upcoming necessary communication between both departments

· Consistently research and gain industry and company knowledge to answer any specific questions and handle concerns potential TPA contacts may have

· Monitor all network activity in the system

· Act as first point of contact to begin the process as any network changes or integrations are needed

· Determine and document criteria needed for proposed changes prior to reporting to Operations team

· Maintain organized information in order to provide clearly communicated updates to the team twice a week

· Enforce your management skills to maintain the flow and processes set in place for all integrations

Required Qualifications

· Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. No detail left unchecked and ability to keep the process flowing effortlessly

· Expert multi-tasker who maintains composure while juggling multiple tasks at a time

· Experience working with TPA (third party administrators) preferred

· Strong organizational and project management skills/experience with the proven ability to effectively manage others' work flow

· Comfortable working in multiple sources of technology including the M365 Suite
