The Digital Project Assistant will support the company's marketing department to promote products and services through digital and UX outlets. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with marketing team to ideate and execute latest UX trends to support business objectives and promote business product suite
• Solve digital design problems by understanding their larger context
• Support ongoing digital project team
• Balance product requirements, design solutions, and technical constraints
• Collaborate with product development team with product launches
• Utilize heat maps to analyze customer traffic and evaluate needed interface updates or improvements
• Create customer Journey maps
• Analyze email marketing funnel and strategize improvements
• Support Digital Marketing Specialist with digital marketing administrative tasks
• Assist Event Specialist in travel bookings for expos and tradeshows

Required Qualifications

• Problem solver with the ability to lead user research, interviews and surveys, and use the information to create sitemaps, customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of UX
• An understanding of product development life cycle
• Self-starter personality
• Detail oriented with an eye for aesthetics
