Account Executive

The Account Executive at Health in Tech is responsible for the internal services and annual renewal of each assigned client. This person will be a collaborative team member who works regularly with account managers, the sales team, underwriting, TPA's, brokers, stop-loss managers, and other applicable vendors and clients. The AE will escalate issues to the appropriate level if necessary and manage/coordinate the pre-renewal and renewal process.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with the validation of enrollment, claims and fixed fees for the data analytics system.
• Collaborate with teams in the review of plan performance and the development of strategies to mitigate risk.
• Manage the strategic planning process for renewals, implementations, proposals and ongoing maintenance for all benefits and support services.
• Problem solving and finding solutions for customers and their business.
• Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with customers
• Fact finding and gaining a strong understanding of each customer's needs.
• Building relationships with clients
• Coordinate with internal operations to prepare and summarize reporting for Brokers and Clients
• Coordinate with external vendors that are associated with the efficient operation of the Employer's Health Plan
• Lead the Sold Case Implementation process both internal and external.

Experience and Qualifications (Preferred)

• Broad knowledge of insurance markets and healthcare related products
• Self-funded and stop-loss experience preferred.
• Ability to identify problems and create effective solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Work Collaboratively with a team as well as independently, capable of meeting deadlines and delegating when necessary.
• Ability to establish relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
